During this month of September, were putting the focus on sales. Do you have salespeople or order takers/cashiers. Whats the difference? In this months TIPS article, we will begin to take a look at the differences, some of them subtle, some glaring, that could be causing you to lose sales, revenue, profit and worst of all customers.
