TIPS Special Economy Report for 2008

Now that I have your attention, this special edition of TIPS has absolutely nothing to do with the economy. After all, what can I tell you that you dont already know? However, I would like to take just a few minutes to put things in perspective.
If you are an average United States Citizen and you sold all of the posessions in just two rooms of your house or apartment for fair market value, you would have more cash in pocket than 90% of the population of the world.
Here are some more somewhat staggering figures:
- Each cell in your body is made up of 46 chromosomes.
- The average human body has between 50 and 100 TRILLION cells, each with its own assigned duties and each containing a microcosm within itself.
- You share this planet Earth with six billion, six hundred million other people, spread out into 193 different countries.
- Together, we share this planet Earth with between 5 million and 100 million different species of living organisms. However, as of 2008, only 2 million have been identified.
- There are nearly 10 QUINTILLION insects on Earth.
- The diameter of planet earth is 7,973 miles.
- Our Earth orbits the sun at a leisurely 67,000 miles per hour.
- Our sun is 864,300 miles wide and would hold 1 million planets the size of earth.
- Despite the sheer size of the sun, there are 100 billion other stars just like it in our Milky Way Galaxy alone.
- In addition to our Milky Way Galaxy, there are 125 BILLION galaxies in the known universe containing over 70 MILLION TRILLION stars.
Now, if youll excuse me, I have to check how my 401k is doing.
